Iceland

Fun facts:
Tectonically Iceland belongs neither to European continent nor to North America since it is a raised part of the oceanic crust, not a continental land mass.
Iceland is as big as England but only has 300,000 inhabitants, 60% of whom live in the capital, Reykjavik.
They have no indoor swimming pools, as all swimming pools are heated with geothermal energy.
They have no army.
They have no railways.
They have no last name. They use patronyms, like Gunarrson (son of Gunnar) or Gunnarsdottir (daughter of Gunnar). In the phonebook, they're listed alphabetically by first name.
